At the Alberta Indoor Games on Saturday, Feb. 15th, 2020, Alberta 55 plus member, Arnold Nett set a new Canadian record in the Pentathlon in the 85-89 age group. The Pentathlon is based on points for the 5 events: 60M Hurdle, Long Jump, Shot Put, High Jump, and 1000M Run. The better you do in each of the 5 events, the more points you get. The old record was 1883 points. Arnold’s point total was 2550!
